Sports & Leisure

Stirling Wanderers Hockey Club.

The club plays at Dunblane High School, they run two men's teams and two ladies' team, all of whom play in regional and national leagues. They also have a thriving junior section.Training for men and ladies is on Wednesday nights 7-8.30pm up at Dunblane High. Juniors run from 6-7pm on Wednesday nights. Training runs from September through to April.

Dunblane Sports Club

Located next to Dunblane New Golf Club, welcomes visitors and new members. The excellent facilities include:-

- 4 all-weather floodlit tennis courts
- 2 squash courts
- 4 table tennis tables
- Function room with newly fitted kitchen, available to hire for parties and functions

We have Mens, Ladies and Junior teams in local tennis and squash leagues. We have regular tennis and squash coaching sessions for juniors and adults.

Non-members may use the tennis courts on payment of a fee ( payment details on display at the Clubhouse).

The Dunblane Centre opened on September 25th 2004. A wide range of leisure, educational and recreational facilities are available for young people. There are specialist facilities such as a Music Studio, Internet Cafe, Coffee Bar, Arts & Crafts room and a Fitness Room.

Dunblane Cathedral Arts Guild

Founded in 1976, the Arts Guild exists to promote artistic events of the highest calibre in Dunblane using, as its principal venue, the magnificent Cathedral with its wonderful acoustic. We have a subscription season of concerts by professional musicians as well as a number of special events. The range is extremely varied: from classical to jazz, string quartet to brass band, solo voice to percussion ensemble, opera highlights to puppet shows. Our events are listed on the WHAT'S ON page. Take a look - you are sure to find something that appeals.
