AJS Elite Catering is a family run, friendly and professional catering service. We are committed to our customers’ complete satisfaction, from the personal service to the fresh, tasty and innovative menu combinations that are used.

Outside Catering

We can cater for lunches and dinners including unusual and unique venue events, marquees, corporate hospitality, sporting events, boardroom fine dining and weddings.

We can travel to any venue in Scotland (or the UK ), and if you need to source a venue – we can do that too. No event too big or too small.

Demonstrations

The ideal way to learn the “tricks-of-the-trade”.

If you want to spice up your soup, perfect your pate, refine your roast - or simply pick up a few key culinary tips then why not ask about our Chef Demonstrations. This event can be for 2 – 20 people and beyond at a venue of your choice. The Chef Instructor will demonstrate the preparation and cooking of all the dishes to be served that evening, complete with cooking techniques and fun tips. Our Award winning Head Chef will discuss the menu with you in advance so all you and your guests have to do – is look, learn and enjoy.

Chef-Prepared Dinners

Divine dinner parties in the warm surrounds of your own home! Our Chef will busily prepare dinner in your kitchen whilst you entertain your guests with a light appetizer. When the preparation is complete – dinner will be served to you and your guests. The ideal way to mark a special occasion. To make these events even more unique – why not add a wine tasting or whiskey nosing to round off your evening.

Chef Demonstrations and Chef-prepared Dinners can both be purchased as Gift vouchers – ideal for the foodie fanatic – or the person who has every thing.
