The planning applications for the new GIANT power line which is proposed to run from Beauly to Denny have been submitted by Scottish and Southern Energy.

These will pass just a few hundred meters from Kinbuck (which will endanger the lives of ALL those who live there), round to the east of Dunblane and over Sheriffmuir straight through the Battlefield site, on over close to Dumyat and on to Denny.

There have been countless thousands of letters of objection sent throughout the length and breadth of Scotland, this includes the Dunblane area and Kinbuck in particular.
