Dunblane in Bloom 2006            Poly Tunnel

Sunday March 12 2006 could have spelt disaster for us when 10inches of snow fell overnight and demolished our original small Poly tunnel.

Fortunately we had already decided we needed a larger Poly tunnel and had applied for lottery funding for this purpose. We were successful and not only did we buy a Poly tunnel we also applied for and bought an Ifor Williams Trailer .

The slides show various stages of construction of the Poly tunnel and the celebrations on completion. Towards the end of April we took delivery of some 1600 plug plants from Pentland Growers and the slides show the Dunblane Bloomers in action potting up the plugs and the various stages of growth
