Dunblane in Bloom 2006             Winners 2006

Mike Seal who was instrumental in establishing the Dunblane Development Trust and was its first chairman donated several silver cups to encourage the traders to participate in the floral displays.

The India Gate Restaurant won the first prize of best floral display.As you can see they were delighted to receive their award and turned out in traditional costume for their presentation. We were treated to a ritual song and dance routine which is performed in India after the harvest.

Archies received the cup for the best hanging baskets.
